The path to having a described production begins with a phone call. A call to our account executive will provide you with the information on the cost for your project, confirm openings in our production schedule and provide you with a timeframe for the delivery of your project. Even if you are unable to commit to an exact date for the delivery of the production to the AudioVision studios, you can make a booking. We accept "week of" bookings as a matter of course and have a flexible enough schedule that we can accommodate some schedule shifts in the delivery of productions.

Once the description is booked, we will follow up the week prior to ensure that you are "more or less" on schedule. Our account executives will work with you to make sure your needs are accommodated and that the "agreed to deliverable date" is easily met.
